About The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met through tailored packages. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client visits once established in the role.
- Working towards targets and KPIs to achieve sales objectives.
- Managing inbound calls and leads to drive sales opportunities.
- Account management and curating packages to suit client needs.
- Handling daily tasks and managing email correspondence efficiently.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills with a high level of organisation.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Xero, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet targets and KPIs.
