About The Opportunity

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operational team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with onboarding processes for new team members
• General administration tasks including mail, filing, data entry, phone calls and customer service
• Maintain contractor portals and schedule necessary site access and permits
• Support warehouse operations with equipment preparation and packing orders
• Collaborate with key stake holders to achieve and support project objectives
• Facilitate the pick-up and delivery of products and materials

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A current driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong computer skills include Microsoft Office 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
