About The Opportunity

As the Spare Parts Interpreter,  some of your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in retail spare parts quoting and sales, expertly guiding customers from parts identification to invoice completion
• Efficiently managing spare parts ordering through various systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels
• Coordinating the availability of parts for service and workshop jobs to keep operations running smoothly
• Delivering exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
• Processing supplier invoices with precision and care

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Spare Parts, Sales or Mechanics
• A high level of computer proficiency with great attention to detail
• A solid understanding of the Agricultural and Construction industries (Desirable)
• A highly organised approach to work and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills that create a welcoming experience for clients
