About The Opportunity
As a Corporate Travel Account Manager, you will play a vital role in optimising travel programs, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their unique travel needs & ensure high satisfaction
- Analysing client travel patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and improving program efficiency
- Negotiating and managing contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies on behalf of clients
- Provide performance reports, insights on travel spend, and recommend program improvements
- Targeting new business and overseeing the sales process, including pitches and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of client travel programs
- Maintaining the CRM database with accurate client interactions and sales activities
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A comprehensive understanding of corporate travel management, travel booking systems, and industry trends
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the corporate travel sector or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and Tramada software (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Please note that this is role is Sydney based and a working from home role, you must reside in Sydney or within a reasonable commute to apply.
