About The Opportunity

Our client are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the team as a Sales Territory Manager for the Melbourne Western Suburbs and Geelong territory focusing on the professional and retail salon sector. You will be part of a highly dedicated team, embodying the company values and culture while utilising cutting-edge products, many of which hold global patents.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the territory 
  • Developing long-term, trusting relationships with hairdressing salons
  • Maintaining a well-structured call cycle to maximise time and enhance territory opportunities
  • Executing promotional plans with attention to detail, showcasing the industry’s highest quality products
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and education teams to support your clients effectively

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of growing a territory within the professional hairdressing or similar personal care industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for quality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional presentation
  • A self-starter mentality and a positive, team-oriented attitude with a “one win - all win” work ethic
  • A current valid driver’s license

You will also have:

  • Experience in executing successful sales strategies and promotional plans
  • A proactive approach to identifying new market opportunities
  • A desire for ongoing education and skill development in sales and product knowledge
