About The Opportunity
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for their patients. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Handling invoicing, reconciliation, and debtors management
- Managing incoming telephone calls and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing email correspondence
- Performing general administration and ad-hoc duties as required
- Greeting patients and providing a friendly, personable experience
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A current Working With Children and Police Check
- Experience with patient management, billing, and invoicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong skills in reconciling remittances and managing debtors
- A minimum of 2 years of active medical receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as our organisation operates on a paperless system
You will also have:
- Experience in a wellbeing or mental health environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in Medical Director Blue Chip and Clinical systems (preferred)
