About The Opportunity

As a Sales and Admin Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative and sales department, contributing to the smooth operations of the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately input data into systems and maintain organised records and CRM files.
• Assist with general office tasks, including answering phones and managing emails.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Support the Sales Manager with research for sales opportunities and marketing communications.
• Process sales orders, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a food-related business, which would be highly regarded.
