About The Opportunity

As our Workshop Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of skilled fabricators, fitters, and electricians. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring safety and productivity
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and manage maintenance needs
• Assist with administration and record-keeping for smooth workshop operations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Trade qualifications as a fabricator or fitter and turner
• Proven supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and metalworking machinery
