About The Opportunity
As a Practice Manager, you will be at the helm of ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. Your leadership will play a vital role in fostering a positive environment for the patients and staff alike. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Primarily based in Rosedale with occasional work at the Epsom clinic (1-2 days/wk)
- Oversee daily operations and lead a team of administrative and technical staff
- Support reception and assist in organizing educational events with doctors
- Liaise with insurance providers and collaborate on financial management
- Manage staff schedules and ensure health and safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot IT issues and maintain the practice website
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience as a practice manager in a healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of patient management software
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
