About The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry and love providing insurance solutions for their clients, plus driving change in your own business environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of renewals
• Manage a small broking administration team
• Strategic opportunity for new business growth
• Market renewal business and new business to suitable insurers and agencies
• Maintain and grow your market knowledge of the suppliers, including insurer appetites, capacities etc.
• Electronic and manual filing and liaising with Underwriters
• Preparation of quotes, including creating professional quote slips when required, for New Business and Renewals, in all major insurance lines

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 3 years in an insurance broking firm with appropriate qualificaitons
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products
• You will have the ability and the desire to improve systems and drive innovation in the brokerage.
