About The Opportunity

As the New Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the advertising and media sector.
  • Actively participating in internal team meetings to share insights and drive collective success.
  • Utilising your strategic thinking skills to identify market trends and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with the Ad Operations team to deliver innovative campaigns that exceed client expectations.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or media planning.
  • A collaborative and organised approach to work, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ideally Wellington based but open to applications based in Auckland or Christchurch.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to tackle challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • A passion for the advertising and media landscape, coupled with a keen eye for emerging trends and technologies.
