About The Opportunity

We are on the look out for several difference positions including an Estimator and a Contract Administrator

Some of your responsibilities for an Estimator will include:

• Determine the total cost of all construction projects
• Complete build quotations in stated timeframes

Some of your responsibilities for a Contract Administrator include:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans
• Establish and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise value 
• Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve planned outcomes
• Identify new project opportunities and leverage existing relationships

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimation
• Experience in Health and Education infrastructure sectors is highly desirable 
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Current Drivers Licence and White Card
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
