About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of the Experienced Precast Concreter role is to produce high-quality precast concrete products by setting up pours, stripping forms, and reusing materials effectively. Key responsibilities will include:

• Performing steel fixing and formwork as needed
• Problem-solving and resolving issues on-site efficiently
• Pouring and finishing concrete to meet quality standards
• Reading and interpreting plans to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small to medium team environment

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
• Dogging and Rigging Ticket (highly regarded)
• A current White Card and a strong safety consciousness
• 5+ years of experience working with concrete, ideally in precast
• Reliability, strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving abilities
