About The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will be ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Client Job Scheduling & Bookings: Manage customer bookings, confirm appointments, and handle inquiries effectively
• Digital Marketing & Business Development: Develop strategies to attract new clients and enhance our digital presence
• Maintaining Customer Databases: Keep our client databases up-to-date and aligned with operational workflows
• Invoice & Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and manage customer invoices and perform bank reconciliations
• Managing Technician Work Calendars: Allocate job bookings efficiently to our technicians

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience in job scheduling with a customer service/business administration or logistics background
• A high level of self-confidence and resourcefulness in problem-solving
• A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work independently
• Experience using Microsoft Suites & relevant qualifications
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Business Development
