About The Opportunity
As an Office & Procurement Administrator, you will undertake a range of administrative duties for the company and manage procurement processes to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide general administrative and office support, assisting the management team with various tasks
- Assist customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate logistics, including courier bookings, shipment coordination, and managing delivery schedules
- Handle sales administration, including order processing, managing export orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Assist with sourcing, procurement, and placing purchase orders, working closely with the Operations Manager and suppliers
- Compile and review product data, assist in pricing strategies, and update FX rates in the company's systems
- Maintain custom records, ensure data accuracy, and create monthly stock reports for key customers
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administration and procurement role
- Experience with Unleashed or a similar integrated inventory management system
- A high degree of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Xero
You will also have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
