Our client is a well-established, mid-sized business that imports and distributes Organic Herbs and Spices. With a strong focus on employee satisfaction, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction, they’re excited about this next phase of growth. They import over 500 products and processes into 2000+ items from suppliers around the world. Located in Fountaindale on the Central Coast, they are looking for a motivated individual to join the team!

About The Opportunity

As a Replenishment Specialist, you will play a critical role in the production team, ensuring goods are efficiently prepared for distribution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently packing inventory to meet specific requirements
• Maintaining quality output and adhering to safety compliance
• Managing time and waste effectively
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
• Communicating effectively with the Production team
• Assisting in quality control by packaging and labeling according to established standards

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
• Intermediate computer skills with a focus on efficiency
• A strong motivation to participate in and develop high-performance processes
• The physical capability to perform tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

It would also be desirable if you have:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) software 
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
• A Food Handling/Supervisor Certificate 
• Experience in a small to mid-sized business setting
