Located in Fountaindale on the Central Coast, they are looking for a motivated individual to join the team!
About The Opportunity
As a Production & Replenishment Specialist, you will play a critical role in the production team, ensuring goods are efficiently prepared for distribution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently packing inventory to meet specific requirements
- Maintaining quality output and adhering to safety compliance
- Managing time and waste effectively
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
- Communicating effectively with the Production team
- Assisting in quality control by packaging and labeling according to established standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential as this is an entry level role)
- Intermediate computer skills with a focus on efficiency
- A strong motivation to participate in and develop high-performance processes
- The physical capability to perform tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to participate in medical and police checks prior to commencing employment
