Our client is a well-established, mid-sized business that imports and distributes Organic Herbs and Spices. With a strong focus on employee satisfaction, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction, they’re excited about this next phase of growth. They import over 500 products and processes into 2000+ items from suppliers around the world. Located in Fountaindale on the Central Coast, they are looking for a motivated individual to join the team!
About The Opportunity
As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preparing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Efficient picking and packing of customer orders
- Accurate order processing and record keeping
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work environment
- Supporting replenishment needs within the warehouse
- Manual handling of stock, including heavy lifting
- Participating in inventory management and stocktakes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Beginner to intermediate computer skills
- A motivation to contribute to a high-performance team
- The physical capability to handle manual tasks
It would also be desirable if you also have:
- A forklift license
- Experience with WMS / MRP software
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- A Food Handling/Supervisor Certificate
- Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment
