Our client is a well-established, mid-sized business that imports and distributes Organic Herbs and Spices. With a strong focus on employee satisfaction, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction, they’re excited about this next phase of growth. They import over 500 products and processes into 2000+ items from suppliers around the world. Located in Fountaindale on the Central Coast, they are looking for a motivated individual to join the team!
About The Opportunity
As a Warehouse and Logistics Talent, you will play a key role in supporting the warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and movement of goods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently picking and packing customer orders
- Accurate order processing and record maintenance
- Assisting in inventory management, including stocktake and movements
- Participating in the shipment receipt process
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Operating forklifts and other machinery as needed
- Supporting replenishment needs and quality assurance processes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse experience
- A valid forklift license
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including heavy lifting
- A motivation to work in a high-performance team and develop efficient processes
- Willingness to participate in medical and police checks prior to commencing employment
It would also be desirable if you have:
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) software
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- A Food Handling/Supervisor Certificate
- Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment
