About The Opportunity
As a Shop Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the installation and assembly of display systems and fixtures for various clients.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Interpret design plans and specifications to construct displays
- Assemble and install shop fittings and fixtures on-site
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant or similar trade qualification
- Proven experience in shop fitting or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You will also have:
- A current drivers licence
- Flexibility to travel to various job sites across Melbourne and beyond
