About The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to all patients.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
- Administer medications, treatments and immunisations as prescribed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant Registered Nurse registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
You will also have:
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to improving health outcomes
- Experience with chronic disease management (desirable)
