About The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order coordination and superior client interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently managing the order process from initiation to despatch
• Assisting with adhoc duties as required to support team objectives
• Upholding a professional telephone manner while liaising with clients
• Providing outstanding customer service and support to both low and high-end clients

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven reliability and initiative in a fast-paced environment
• A mature mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Google Work Space
• A high attention to detail and the ability to accept constructive criticism
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, energetic, and proactive personality with excellent organisational skills
