About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our supply chain operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight logistics for timely transportation of goods.
- Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and evaluating supplier performance.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the supply chain team.
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, implementing inventory control processes, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient sourcing of materials.
- Developing and managing the supply chain budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and monitoring performance metrics.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- The ability to analyse data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory management and logistics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
