About The Opportunity

As an Insurance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in managing and servicing an existing portfolio of clients while actively contributing to new business growth. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Pursuing new business growth opportunities to contribute to overall company objectives.
• Actively contributing to the development of the Company through strategic planning and policy formulation.
• Maintaining professional conduct at all times to positively promote the Company and the insurance industry.
• Managing and servicing an existing portfolio of clients by providing professional financial services tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
• Ensuring that all services and advice are provided in a fair and ethical manner in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, codes, and Company policy.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualification or Diploma of Insurance Broking
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of a diverse range of commercial and rural insurance products
