About The Opportunity
As an Apprentice Joiner/ Shop Fitter, you will work closely with an experienced tradesman, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of joinery and shop fitting. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Creating bespoke pieces in the workshop
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Participating in installations and project management tasks
- Learning to use tools such as routers, edged blades, and panel saws
- Assisting in jobs from start to finish under the supervision of a qualified tradesman
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Second or Third Year Apprenticeship in Shop Fitting, Carpentry or Joinery
- Experience in installations and using woodworking tools
- A keen interest in cabinetry and bespoke joinery
