About The Opportunity
As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of various construction projects. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards
- Preparing progress reports and documentation for management and stakeholders
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Coordinating and supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients
- A strong background in construction management, with proven experience in supervising construction projects
You will also have:
- 5 + Years experience in the construction industry
- Experience with project management software and tools
- A valid WA driver's licence and the willingness to travel as needed
