About The Opportunity

As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's market presence and driving financial growth. This position involves a mix of office-based work and travel throughout South Australia. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting new clients through networking, cold calling, and advertising
• Building and nurturing key client relationships to ensure long-term engagement

• Collaborating with internal teams to maximise sales and develop innovative proposals

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in marketing/sales with a track record of exceeding targets
• A background in training, employment services, or the aged care/disability industry (desirable)
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently under pressure and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible approach to building strong connections with clients and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with persuasive abilities
