About The Opportunity
As an Office Administrator, your role will be both diverse and impactful. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate streamlined processes to enhance the efficiency of the administration team
- Coordinate with management and staff to resolve administrative tasks and issues efficiently
- Manage and implement effective office processes in administration, finance, HR, and governance
- Oversee employee training records, ensuring licenses are current and scheduling necessary training
- Prepare confidential reports and executive correspondence, managing incoming requests effectively
- Maintain exceptional customer service and strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
About You
The successful candidate will have
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with excellent phone manners and reliability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
