About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Serve beverages and food to customers in the bar, gaming, restaurant, bottle shop and housekeeping
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and gaming areas
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a bar or gaming environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
You will also have:
- A valid RSA/ RSG certificate or willing to obtain
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
