Our Client is a newly renovated Childcare centre located in the leafy, beachside suburb of Redland Bay. About The Opportunity
As the Educational Leader, you will be an integral part of our management team, leading the implementation of our quality education program for all children aged 6 weeks to 5 years across our Victoria Point centre. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and mentoring educators across the service to enhance their professional practice.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Leading the implementation of a quality educational program for children aged 10 months to 5 years.
- Collaborating with families and the community to support and enrich children’s learning experiences.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of education and care.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- An approved Working with Children Card.
- The ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and the community.
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Master of Education (Early Childhood).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a Pedagogical educational setting.
