Due to the growth within the modular and tiny home marketing our client is expanding rapidly and looking to grow their team. 

About The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Providing timely and professional responses to questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Assisting clients in understanding the modular home building process, including design options, timelines, and construction phases
  • Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, site visits, and post-installation follow-ups 
  • Tracking project progress, preparing and distributing status reports, and proactively communicating updates or changes in schedule to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project details in the company’s CRM system

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 12+ months of customer service experience
  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or home building industry (desirable)
  • HSC or equivalent with any relevant further education beneficial 
  • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpot and proficiency in MS Office Suite 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with attention to detail
  • The capacity to work collaboratively with various teams and manage multiple tasks
