About The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join them as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you'll:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and gather feedback for product improvement
• Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat, assisting with setup and troubleshooting
• Deliver training sessions and create educational materials to enhance customer experience
• Travel across Australia and New Zealand to offer on-site support and training
• Upsell new features and upgrades to maximise customer satisfaction

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualification in aquaculture, marine biology, or a related field
• Previous Customer Support experience (ideally in aquaculture or tech sectors)
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Organisational skills and ability to analyse customer feedback
• Ability to create and deliver data-driven presentations
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits
