About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Workshop Foreman/Automotive Technician who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily workshop operations to maximise productivity and quality workmanship
- Supervising and supporting technicians and apprentices in their daily service, repair, and maintenance duties
- Fostering a team culture built on high standards, strong morale, and efficient workmanship
- Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical issues
- Mentoring apprentices and fostering their continual development
- Performing service and repair work as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A qualification as an automotive technician with experience in a dealership setting
- A positive and motivating attitude, contributing to a team-oriented environment
- A commitment to quality automotive servicing and high-performance culture
- Proven leadership capabilities complemented by clear and effective communication
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- A current driver's license
