About The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding service to our corporate customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Provide expert style and size advice on corporate apparel
• Schedule, facilitate, and perform garment fittings
• Process, pack, and dispatch orders
• Quote, present, and follow up on inquiries

About You

The successful candidate will possess a vibrant and approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on customer service. You will be comfortable multitasking in both regular and high-paced environments.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Relevant experience in clothing or retail (garment construction knowledge is advantageous)
• Intermediate computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Suite (Excel & Word)
• Familiarity with MYOB and Adobe Illustrator (considered an advantage)
• A valid driver's license

You will also have:

• Excellent communication skills
• A professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
• The ability to work effectively within a team
