About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Truganina. In this role, you will engage in phone sales activities to grow and maintain a portfolio of both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Following and adding value to a proven Sales System
- Completing all requirements in the company's CRM system
- Conducting outbound pro-active calls to current and prospective accounts
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service, including creating quotes, resolving customer issues, and processing invoices
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Full Australian working rights & a current driver's licence
- A strong background in sales with demonstrated success in phone-based sales
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- Exceptional planning and time management capabilities with Strong computer skills
You will also have:
