About The Opportunity
As the Booking Agent, you will play a pivotal role in the guest services and administration team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver sales through outstanding service
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining communication with guests and stakeholders throughout their stay
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
- Performing administrative duties efficiently and effectively
- Managing reservations and coordinating guest needs
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2+ years as a booking agent or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and drivers license
- Experience in real estate, travel, sales, hospitality, or corporate relocation
- A strong command of Microsoft Office with a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
