About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Utilising Wunderbuild software for effective project and staff management.
• Solving construction challenges using a diverse range of materials and techniques.
• Performing hands-on carpentry, including tasks related to footings, framing, and finishing.
• Supervising a small team or apprentices on-site to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Managing tenders, quotes, contracts, ordering, project management, warranty, and business development.
• Handling various project types, including residential renovations and additions, bathroom and kitchen renovations, deck installations, and specialty projects.

The successful candidate will have:

• A well-rounded experience in residential construction and carpentry.
• Open-mindedness and a desire for personal and professional growth.
• The ability to manage projects from planning to completion effectively.
• A collaborative attitude complemented by strong problem-solving skills.
• Competence in tender preparation, contract handling, and warranty management.
• A strong understanding of building techniques and project management principles.
