About The Opportunity
As the Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and leading their bar operations across four unique levels. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all bar operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Regularly assume the role of Manager on Duty, overseeing venue operations.
- Implement strategies for revenue generation and cost control in bar operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and maintain administrative procedures.
- Lead the training and development of the bar team to uphold high standards of service.
- Support and maintain all areas of the beverage program, regularly reporting on key metrics.
- Actively participate in service during operating hours, contributing to the overall management of the venue.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- RSA, RCG, and an approved manager's card (we can assist with obtaining this).
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality experiences.
- A creative mindset to contribute to the continuous improvement of our beverage offerings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team culture.
- A strong background in bar management with a proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume environment.
