About The Opportunity
As a Storage & Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling a range of services, including self-storage, vehicle hire, and removals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service across all communication channels
- Completing storage and vehicle hire contracts efficiently
- Managing customer payments, including cash handling and banking procedures
- Maintaining the box shop by restocking items and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinating removal bookings and confirming appointments with customers
- Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and note recording within the StorMan Cloud system
- Operating security software and CCTV systems to maintain facility safety
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience in a customer-facing environment
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service across various channels
- Strong computer skills and experience running social media accounts
- Experience with StorMan Cloud and Xero (desirable)
- Effective communication skills, both in person and electronically
- A current full Australian Driver’s License
- Ability to work alternative Saturday mornings (9am-12.30pm)
- Flexibility to cover for other team members on leave/sick
You will also have:
- A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to support team members
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when completing legal documentation
- A professional approach and ability to work unsupervised
- The capacity to thrive under pressure while maintaining organisational and time management skills
- A confident demeanour and a positive attitude towards change
