About The Opportunity

As the Service Advisor, your primary purpose will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming job requests and creating repair orders
• Attaching parts to repair orders and issuing them to technicians
• Following up on all open retail, insurance, and warranty claims
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all service transactions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of experience as a service advisor in automotive or caravan services, or 4+ years of dealership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy and familiarity with dealership computer systems
• A commitment to providing a positive customer experience
