About The Opportunity

As the Client Services Manager, your primary purpose is managing and expanding client relationships over the phone and traveling frequently to meet clients in person.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively building and expanding client relationships by providing exceptional service
• Being an effective communicator between cleaning teams and clients
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets through a regular call cycle
• Identifying, closing, and onboarding new business opportunities
• Conducting site visits to accurately quote new opportunities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience within the cleaning industry (desirable) or customer service background
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and an open drivers license
• A diploma or degree in Business (desirable not required)
• A commitment to high standards and customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
