About The Opportunity
As our OSHC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment for children aged 5 - 12 years old.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to co-workers with professionalism and open communication
- Leading engaging activities and ensuring equipment is set up and packed away efficiently
- Collaborating with the team to enhance the quality of the program
- Supervising children during AM, PM, and vacation care shifts
- Assisting with cleaning and food preparation tasks
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have minimum 1+ years experience as a supervisor in an OSHC environment or in a different role
- Hold relevant childcare qualifications or hold experience in an OSHC environment
- Be able to work afternoon shifts 5 days per week, morning and afternoon
- Have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
