About the Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams across Perth and Indonesia offices.
- Lead architectural decisions and maintain technical standards across projects.
- Review and approve technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Ensure code quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the CTO on technical strategy and implementation.
- Drive innovation and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
- Manage technical debt and oversee system performance optimisation.
- Interface with clients on technical matters when required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience of working on enterprise digital projects and leading a team.
- Practical experience with PHP and Laravel 9+, React JS, emphasising a DevOps mindset, including observability, monitoring, unit tests, and alerts.
- A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence infrastructure.
- Proficiency in working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot application issues and understand their underlying causes.
- Familiarity with Git version control and Agile project management.
