About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to generate new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and future clients
- Nurturing and managing existing client relationships
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Building lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous proven sales experience
- Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and drive to achieve KPIs
- Current Driver’s Licence
Property management experience is not required. We are looking for a personable, motivated sales professional who will integrate well with the existing team culture.
