About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice to clients regarding home loans and financing options
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Assisting clients through the entire mortgage process from application to settlement
- Identifying and sourcing new business opportunities
- Managing a mix of leads provided and self-generated leads
- Staying updated on industry trends and lender offerings
About You
The successful candidate will have
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage broking or banking
- A Diploma in Mortgage Broking or a related field
- Strong computer skills and experience using MyCRM (desirable)
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
