About The Opportunity
We are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry and love providing insurance solutions for their clients, plus driving change in your own business environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a small broking administration team
- Electronic and manual filing and liaising with Underwriters
- Manage, grow and support an established portfolio of renewals
- Market renewal business and new business to suitable insurers and agencies
- Maintain and grow your market knowledge of the suppliers, including insurer appetites, capacities etc.
- Prepare quotes, including creating professional quote slips when required, for New Business and Renewals
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years in an insurance broking firm
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products
- You will have the ability and the desire to improve systems and drive innovation in the brokerage.
