About The Opportunity
As the Office Administrator, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Issuing purchase orders
- Tracking site hours against budgets
- General administration tasks to ensure efficient operation
- Liaising with clients and guiding them throughout the project
- Working with suppliers to obtain and follow up on quotes and orders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Must have 3+ years experience as a administrator in building & construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in office administration roles
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
