About The Opportunity

As the HR & Venue Ops Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our events run smoothly while fostering a supportive atmosphere for facilitators and staff.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage, motivate and incentivise staff
• Recruitment and onboarding of staff & facilitators/agencies
• Developing a more effective recruitment and training process
• Providing training sessions for facilitators to ensure top-notch service
• Ensure all events have allocated staff  and confirm staff allocated are aware of their bump in times and event details

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A background in HR and recruitment
• Experience in marketing (desirable not required)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with social media and online recruitment tools
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
