About The Opportunity
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in our project success by ensuring contracts are effectively managed, risks are minimised, and relationships with subcontractors and suppliers are strong.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement effective contract management plans.
- Administer contracts in line with approved plans to ensure compliance and performance.
- Interpret and explain contract terms to subcontractors, supporting compliance and informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships to mitigate risks and enhance project outcomes.
- Proactively identify and manage contract risks to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities while leveraging existing relationships.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role
- Experience in Health and Education infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Current Drivers Licence and White Card
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
