About The Opportunity
As a Sales Representative, you will be integral to driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves a blend of in-store retail management, field sales, and back- office operations.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with a robust client base in the construction sector.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Managing a defined call cycle and schedule, which includes regular travel.
- Providing expert advice on company products and services, facilitated by ongoing product training.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting using company systems.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a leadership role would be beneficial
- Construction industry experience is desirable
- A valid driver's license
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
