About The Opportunity

As a Sales Representative, you will be integral to driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves a blend of in-store retail management, field sales, and back- office operations. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with a robust client base in the construction sector.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Managing a defined call cycle and schedule, which includes regular travel.
  • Providing expert advice on company products and services, facilitated by ongoing product training.
  • Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting using company systems.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in a leadership role would be beneficial 
  • Construction industry experience is desirable
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

You will also have:

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships 
  • A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities
  • The ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
